Ukraine has taught everyone one brutal lesson — whoever controls the airwaves controls the fight. TERASi, a KTH spin-out in Stockholm, builds pocket-sized radios that fire data down narrow millimetre-wave beams. Hard to find. Harder to jam. They claim up to 50x faster than satellite links over 100km-plus, with no satellite needed. An €11m seed co-led by the NATO Innovation Fund and JOIN Capital, with In-Q-Tel (yes, the CIA's venture arm) in too. That's rare at this stage for a European company. Defence tech in Europe isn't a niche any more. It's a priority. And Sweden keeps showing up.
